Handmade Lokta Bag is made up of Lokta paper, a traditional paper from Nepal, well-known for its durability.

Lokta papers are resistance to insects and mildew, and last longer without degradation in quality.

Lokta come from remote villages of Nepal where they are grown in community forest sustainably. These Lokta, harvested by villagers, provides them with economic benefits as well as supports the local economy.
